Delete your Kinsense account

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time, in the app or by e-mail.

In the app

1. Open Kinsense and tap your picture at the top right.
2. Choose Privacy and data.
3. Optional: tap Download my data first if you want a copy.
4. Tap Delete my account, then Delete everything.

It happens at once, and you are signed out on that phone.

Without the app

Write to privacy@kinsense-ai.com from the e-mail address of the Google or Apple account you sign in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We confirm by reply and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your account: sign-in id, e-mail and name.
• Everything you logged: water, weight, body fat, muscle, mood check-ins, calm sessions, routines and workouts.
• Your own exercises, with the pictures and videos you added.
• Health Connect / Apple Health imports, stress summaries, consents and settings.

What is kept, and for how long

• Nightly server backups still hold the data for up to 14 days, then it is gone from them too.
• Records Kinsense already wrote to Health Connect or Apple Health stay there; they belong to your phone’s health store, and you can delete them in that app.
• The offline copy on your phone and watch stays until you uninstall the app there.

Only some of your data?

In the app you can delete single entries from each screen, or delete all entries but keep the account under Profile → Privacy and data. Turning an optional feature off can also delete what was collected for it. See the privacy notice for details.
